Therefore, we have established a no refund policy for our car services, except in approved cases by the Store Manager. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please bring it to the attention of the Store Manager immediately.
The Store Manager will investigate the issue and, if warranted, approve a refund or other form of compensation. The following are examples of circumstances that may warrant a refund or other form of compensation, subject to the approval of the Store Manager: If we fail to perform the agreed-upon service or if the service is performed incorrectly. If we damage your vehicle during the course of the service.
If you are dissatisfied with the service due to a mistake or error made by our staff. Please note that this no refund policy does not apply to any parts or products purchased through our shop. All parts and products are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and return policy.
